Knight Frank Vietnam is seeking qualified interns to work at our new offices. Positions are available immediately.
We are one of leading full services property and real estate development firm with projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. We have a management team with more than 100 years of international property experience.
Typical operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 18:00 with occasional evening or weekend duties. Location: Hoan Kiem Dist, Hanoi.
1. Title: Intern for Sales & Leasing Dept
2. Job Des:
- Involved with all aspects of the business and work with all levels of management and clients.
- Data base management and input, creation and maintenance of research reports, internal managerial reports, telesales, clients presentations and a variety of team support activities. Interns will participate in internal meetings as well as meeting with clients.
This is a excellent opportunity to gain high level experience from an international management team in a very professional environment. Accepted applicants will be compensated.
3. Criteria:
- Hardworking, proactive and ready to work on different tasks (admin support, sales assistance, database input, marketing activities...)
- Reasonable fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
- Computer skills (word processing, Outlook, spreadsheet, internet research, and PowerPoint) telephone skills, organizational capabilities and personal time management.
- Final year of university preferable
