Vacancy: Finance Intern
Based in Hanoi
They are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Intern of Finance team. The successful candidate will be based in Hanoi with possible travels to project locations.
Main Responsibilities
The Intern is expected to support the
Finance team in general work including getting bank signatories,
arranging bank transfer to SCB, filing all finance-related document,
scanning, photocopying...and other tasks requested by Associate Director
of Finance (ADF)
Key accountabilities
- Get bank signatories, arranging bank transfer to Standard Chartered Bank on a daily basis.
- Filing/archiving/photocopying/scanning as per requirement.
- Other tasks as required by supervisor
Person specification
- University Degree in a relevant field preferably accounting or finance. High responsibilities and good working attitude
- Proficiency in use of PC software, especially high skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good written and oral communications skills in English and Vietnamese
- Experience must reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.
- Prior experience working with INGOs is preferable
