MARKETING COMMUNICATION (MARCOM) SPECIALIST
PROFILE
· 1-3 years of experience in marketing communication and digital marketing management on company side or advertising/ digital marketing agency, preferably in FMCG sector
· Degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad, master degree in related disciplines is a plus
· Good understanding of brand strategy and corporate communication
· Strong integrated marketing communications and management skills including agency management, research, analysis and strategy
· Strong interest and personal use of web, digital media, social media and mobile technologies
· Possess conceptual thinking skills in order to leverage technology and digital media to drive outstanding customer
experiences
· Eager to learn and use new tools, closely follow global and local digital marketing trends to act as digital marketing thought leader
· Excellent communication skills with a high level of interpersonal energy and passion for success
· Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, demonstrating
empathy and commitment to internal customers
· Excellent command of written and spoken English

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provide key strategic guidance for Eczacıbaşı Girişim Brands and Company Brand
· Develop digital marketing and CRM strategy and roadmap for each brand aligning with marketing strategy to drive business objectives
· Develop marketing communication activities (digital marketing, social media, online PR, experiential marketing and CRM/Customer Relation) for all brand groups in line with brand strategies
· Develop new and creative ways to use
digital channels to help promote business objectives, integrate with offline marketing efforts, and engage with consumers
· Execute related digital marketing and CRM programs driving key business goals, ensuring brand integrity within digital channels
· Manage brands’ digital assets (Web pages, social media, facebook, twitter and other applications) in corporation with related agencies and parties
· Develop social listening and learning framework to ensure customer insights are integrated into campaigns and customer engagement channels
· Define integrated measurement metrics and monitor related kpi’s for all brand groups for digital programs effectiveness
· Analyze market and competition digital marketing activities, monitor key market trends
