Position : Project Engineer

Departmant: Engineering

Location : PepsiCo Beverage Levent HQ

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Provide engineering support and process & system knowledge into beverage plants to ensure technical activities are aligned with PepsiCo Engineering standards

-Owns the projects from design phase until the end of CQV process

-Work together with plant technical system to support the execution of the projects

-Set the project management standards into the plants to remain within the budget and the time plan

-Support Environmental Sustainability, New Product Development, Construction Safety and Performance Reporting agenda of the countr-wide operations team

SKILLS NEEDED;

- Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical/electronics engineering from reputable universities;

- Min 3 years of engineering experience in production facilities (preferably in juice and beverage related business)

- Knowing the market of fruit juices and/or soft drinks process & packing lines, building construction, food processing & utilities will be an advantage

- Basic knowledge of the financial analysis of investment projects

- Basic project management know how, ability of leading and managing a project from pre-study to construction and start up

- Excellent negotiation & communication skills, ability to resolve diverse, complex conflict situations

- Researcher character and curiosity for on going learning

- Good command of Ms Office tools and Autocad

- Good command of written and spoken English is a must

- Based in Istanbul headquarters, being able to travel both domesticly and abroad

- Flexible working hours

- No military obligation for male candidates
