>Minimum requirements:
>· Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or
other technical field (Mechanical, metallurgy, welding and mechatronics
preferred).
>· Good command of English and/or German
language.
>· Minimum 5 years working experience, with a
minimum of 2 years in project and capital equipment sales to manufacturing
plants.
>· Has broad sales and customer portfolio.
>· Working knowledge of
metalworking technologies
such as welding, machining, cutting, bending.
>· Good grasp of concepts such as hydraulics,
pneumatics, motion control, industrial automation.
>· Past experience in dealing with customers of different
cultural backgrounds and in various regions of Turkey.
>· Has a valid driving license, able to travel more
than 50% of the time.
>· No military obligations.
>· Able to multi-task, result-driven, taking
ownership and responsibility for reaching company targets, able to self-manage.
>
>Preferred qualifications:
>· Past experience in marketing activities and
exhibitions.
>· Knowledge of import / export and logistics
operations.
>· Experience in sales in robotics and automation segments.
>· Knowledge of special processes such as tandem,
TIG, plasma and laser welding and cutting and special metals is a plus.

>Job responsibilities:
>· Visiting customer plants and factories to gather
data about manufacturing processes.
>· Analysing customer data and creating solution
concepts for customer requirements.
>· Interacting with project managers in company
headquarters as necessary for sales support.
>·
Preparing and sending sales quotations and
following-up prospects.
>· Creating new leads and broadening customer
database by means of cold-calling, visiting industrial exhibitions, collectiong
market intelligence and networking.
>· Managing or supporting marketing activities such
as exhibitions and publications.
>· Forming sales forecasts and defining activities
and making plans to reach these targets.
>· Supporting and working in co-operation with
Project and Service Departments for reaching overall company targets.
>· Reporting to sales manager.
