Aftergoing virtual, as many events did in 2020, the Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market returns to NRG this weekend for an in-person shopping bonanza! Last night's preview party celebrated the event, themed "The Redo" and featuring live music by the David Caceres Band.

A second-line processional marched up and down the main aisle as patrons cheered; afterward, confetti cannons erupted and "Jingle Bells" started playing, marking the official start of the holiday-shopping season.

Nearly 300 vendors from all over the country set up shop at NRG for the market, which takes place Thursday through Sunday. Eleven percent of ticket sales go directly to the Houston Ballet Foundation.
