The RAZ Memory Cell Phone is unlocked and compatible with all wireless providers including Verizon, AT&T, Consumer Cellular, T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Mint Mobile, Affinity Cellular, Xfiniti Mobile, Straight Talk, Red Pocket Mobile, and TracFone. It is also compatible with Canadian providers.
Six contacts are displayed as pictures with the names below the pictures. Optionally, up to fifty contacts can be shown. Pressing a picture will start a call. The cell phone also includes a dedicated 911 Emergency button.
The display, which is a large 6.5 inches, does not time out. It always remains on. At your option, incoming calls can be restricted to those coming from Contacts, eliminating undesirable predatory calls.

This phone has been a blessing! My grandma was struggling using her old phone. It was too complicated and she kept locking herself out, messing with settings on accident, which was frustrating for her and difficult for me to keep up with. The Raz Mobility phone has been a breath of fresh air and easy to use for my grandma. It keeps my mind at ease that she is no longer getting all of the spam calls.
This is a perfect phone to help my memory impaired Mom communicate with her family. Her land line phone received a huge amount of predatory calls. Only people you put into the phone can call her. Problem solved.
The Raz phone is amazing! I have worked in electronics for most of my life. I was truly impressed by the software control gives the care taker. My mother has dementia and suffered trying to use a normal phone. This phone gives her the capability to be in touch. It also allows me to stop the 2 in the morning calls. I have to rate this phone 5 stars in every aspect. The customer support was fantastic. All the software works seamlessly. Great job on this amazing phone!
Purchased for my mother in law with early onset dementia , she easily able to make phone calls with the pictures of the contacts and she can place the phone on the chargers with ease. Love the app to add and delete contacts and the settings are great.
I wanted to tell you how unbelievably fabulous this phone is!! I just purchased one for my mom a couple of weeks ago, and it is everything you advertise it to be. The ease, simplicity (which is so necessary), and the mobile app for the caregiver is a perfect combination. There is just no downside! We have been dreaming of a phone like this for over 8 years since my father passed.
Grandma needed a phone that she could call her kids and her grandchildren. We got this phone for the ease of use. The first night she had it she was able to call us and let us know the phone was working. It is automatically on speaker for her, and it is nice and loud for ringing. She had no trouble using the phone at 96 years old. Transferring the phone to Verizon was very simple. I am recommending this phone to anyone who needs a phone that their family member can easily use. Adding phone numbers and pictures took a few seconds from the app.
This is the first phone my husband has embraced since he began suffering from dementia. It works exactly as presented in the description. One touch and he can make or answer a call. He has no voicemail or text messages to deal with. If necessary, incoming calls can be limited or blocked. The caregiver may make choices based on user needs. The RAZ has eliminated his phone frustrations and has eased my mind as I know he can call family or emergency services. I recommend this phone for anyone who needs simplicity. Customer service answered all of my questions prior to my purchasing the telephone. It arrived promptly. I downloaded the app when I placed the order so had contacts, ringtones, etc. ready to go when the box arrived. Had no trouble porting the number from his previous carrier and installing the SIM card for the carrier that I use so that we have one bill. In short, the RAZ has improved our quality of life.
So far, the cell phone is exactly what we needed for our 96 year old mother. It is SO easy for her to use. She is doing a great job using the phone. We purchased the flat charging bed so that she did not have to find that little plug on the phone. It is great that we can see if she is charging it or not : ) Thanks for such a great phone. Just wish it were not so expensive for the seniors who really need it.
This phone is amazing! It was the perfect solution for my dad who has dementia. He lives in a different state and was struggling using his old phone. This phone saved the day and allows us to communicate easily with him! The caregiver app helps us send reminders and keep him safe! Thanks so much for this wonderful phone! I would highly recommend!!
Phone is working great for my 94 year old Dad. He can keep in touch with the family and friend. The only down side was the battery runs down very fast in 114 hours we have him charging the phone every evening and that is working. Thanks
I am very happy with the RAZ Mobility phone I purchased for my 90 year old mother to use. I appreciate the oversight it gives me so that I can help her to stay in touch with family and friends. One problem that it has solved is that she was often accidentally silencing her prior cell phone so that I was unable to reach her.

This phone is awesome. Best one out there for seniors, handicap or mentally challenged people. My brother loves it. He has a closed head injury with short term memory loss. It works great for him and the info was passed to other client fsmily members.
Excellent product. We wish we would have known about this phone for our mother some time ago. She likes and is able to use it without problems. No need to purchase the protective case when you also purchase the charging pad.
My mom loves the simplicity of this phone. I love the simplicity of the app to control the phone. My mom is still active and we had to figure out how to put the phone in her purse and it not press to make a call. We figured that out and she absolutely loves it!!!! So happy we found this phone for her.
This is a great phone. I can tell that a lot of research went into designing this phone. It is very basic for the user and the control that the caregiver has is excellent. I would highly recommend this to caregivers that want to provide a simple phone to their loved ones.
This phone is just what we needed for my parents who are 90 and 91. They are in assisted living with no land line and could not make calls or even answer their cell phone. Now they can call me when they need to. I love being able to control the phone through the app and no more 6 am phone calls because my dad was fiddling with the phone. Setup was simple and customer support was quick and very helpful. Staff at the assisted living said many families are going to want this phone and they were trying to get brochures to pass along.
This Raz phone has been a godsend! The features are on point! The auto answer, ability to make a call by touching a photo, and the incoming call restrictions eliminating spam calls, and the lack of unneeded apps make this the perfect phone for my 93 year old mother. This phone is genius. It was easy to set up. Swap sim cards, install the app on our smartphone, have family send you selfies, upload and off you go. Amazingly easy. The one drawback is that while picking up the phone my mother would accidentally make calls. Which is OK until I found the quiet hours feature. SMS text support was prompt and helpful.
This phone is great. I highly recommend getting the case, my Mother when holding it would be touching the screen which made it difficult for her to tap the names. The case made it so her hands were not touching the screen.
Phone, accessories, and app are all GREAT, have been using for about 4 years now. just ordered a new phone, speedy service and my elderly Uncle with Dementia uses it very often. Besides the product- the customer service was OVER THE TOP OUTSTANDING! Within hours of me ordering a new phone ( old one dropped in toilet ? ) Customer service emailed and texted me to ask clarifying questions on why I needed a new phone, did I need a SIM Card, was the phone functioning. They were not just trying to sell me a product, they wanted to know if the phone had an issue and could they fix it. We corresponded several times and I asked about new features, which they promptly replied and explained. Also providing alternative solutions if required my specific needs. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. You very seldom get that type of customer service.
I bought this phone along with a case and wireless charger for my brother, who owned an android phone for many years, and who was constantly making the phone inoperable by changing volume, putting into airplane mode, and other settings. Someone (usually me) had to take an hour or two several times a week to drive over to fix the phone so he could use it or so he could hear us or we could hear him. As for the web features of his old phone, he could never get it, despite my creating icons and trying to simplify it for him. This new memory phone takes away all the complexity and his ability to change settings or even turn it off. To make calls he presses a large picture. To answer a call he hits a large green box. It was easy for him to use and learn. I can see a history of his calls. I set the hours when he can only call me, and if he tries to make other calls, a message in my voice reminds him he can call me if there is an emergency. Obviously the people at Raz listened well to users and caregivers, and they nailed a great solution at a really reasonable price.
