NCR and NFR files are generated by calling simread.exe. NCR contains contaminant results while NFR contains flow results. It seems they were not generated properly in your case. It may be due to many reasons. It is hard to figure out the exact reason without accessing to the file. Some self-check steps that might help you: 

1) Please check the "simread.log" file in your working directory to see if there is any issue with the processing. If you couldn't find the log file, it means the simread process was not executed.

2) Please make sure you unlocked all files in the ANT folder after you download and install a new version of ANT. If the simread.exe is not unlocked, the access to it may be restricted. 

3) Simply start a new project in a new GH file, and go through the process step by step (define elements -> create prj by elements -> run prj -> process results). Do not skip any steps.

4) Sometimes if you've already have a NCR/NFR file in your working folder that was generated earlier, the file might be protected for some reason and cannot be overwritten, especially when those files are open/occupied by another program. Please rename the new files (by save your GH file as a new name, since NCR/NFR uses the same name as your GH file) or change/delete the old files.
