When to cut next CSI release?

Hey Folks,

Thanks to Xing's hard work the VolumeGroupSnapshot PR has been merged: https://github.com/container-storage-interface/spec/pull/519

I wanted to start a conversation on when to cut the next CSI release? Do we want to get anything in before cutting the release?

Folks we discussed at the CSI Community meeting and plan is to start the CSI.next release this Friday (completing early next week).

Please reply here if you need something in before that.
