As mentioned today in the k8s sig-storage meeting, we are meeting Tuesday Dec 6 9am West Coast US time to continue the volume QoS discussion started in this doc.

There are many open questions. This is a real chance for you to contribute to the future direction of Kubernetes and CSI!
