I've cut a v1.13.0-rc1 release for the CSI specification (candidate for v1.13.0): hhttps://github.com/container-storage-interface/spec/releases/tag/v1.13.0-rc1

• #606 - [ALPHA] Add Snapshot Topology by @mdzraf

Clarifications/Corrections/Fixes:

• #587 - Add note about possibly lower available capacity on MountVolume volumes by @nixpanic
• #563 - describe ABORTED as error message for CreateVolumeGroupSnapshot by @nixpanic
• #605 - Fix RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error code from 13 to 8 by @nixpanic

Dependencies:

• #602/#607 - Bump golang from 1.23 to 1.25
