Hi folks,

The weekly reviews have tended to generate very large design changes.  As a result, the meetings don't usually cover most of them, and often generate more changes on top.

In order to (hopefully) cut down on the large sum of changes that each review generates, I'd like to suggest we add a monday standup meeting.  The purpose should be primarily to ensure that proposal updates made as a result of the previous week's review are in line with what was agreed upon and to prevent any major surprises during the reviews.  I don't think it should run longer than 30 minutes and probably shouldn't introduce new content to the proposal.

SGTM. To keep the standups brief and focused, for CSI we strictly enforced that only the people directly working on the code could attend the CSI standup (rather than inviting the entire SIG or anyone who is interested). You may want to consider the same thing.

Good point.  The list is likely to be a little dynamic as ideas are proposed during the weekly reviews, but I think on the whole it would be roughly the same crowd.  Will put it forward at the review.
