Object Storage KEP is updated and ready for review

Hi Everyone,

     Here is the updated KEP for introducing bucket support in kubernetes: <https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/pull/1383>. 

We would like your input in finalizing the KEP, before it is merged for the coming release(2 weeks). Please don’t miss out on reviewing it. We would like to see your participation and address any use cases  that we might have missed.
