Jon stepped down as KEP lead.

Sid will take over as technical lead.

Erin Boyd and Jeff Vance will split admin aspects.

Rob Rati is officially coding the sidecar controller.

Sid is coding the central COSI controller and taking over the CSI adapter.

Srini is managing the repos.

Jeff is going through the KEP, correcting inconsistencies and getting it up-to-date.

#1 goal is get this KEP merged! Maybe instead of "alpha" level we will merge it as "non-implementable" in order to reduce formal process requirements.

** Full KEP review mtg is Thurs, July 23, 11am PST.

Expectation is that we can start the official merge process after this meeting.
