Discuss some outstanding issues around KEP review and development process

Agenda:

• We want to understand the expectations and ensure that we are all on the same page about the ongoing KEP review and expedite the process to have KEP merged ASAP.
  

If time permits

• Understand some development tools such as release-tools repo, etc if time permits
• How to do a piece-meal approach and move to official repos
