Requesting KEP review

Hi Everyone, 

     We have made our latest updates to the KEP based on feedback from last week.  

     As we are getting closer to finalizing the KEP,  we request all of you to review parts of the KEP that is important to you. All these reviews will cover the  KEP fully and gives us chance to address any questions. If you think the KEP is ready for merge please comment with SGTM/LGTM on the KEP.
