This fix will work only if your host (not the client, but the server
which runs ContactsReader) has an IP which is in a French zone.
By geolocalizing this IP AOL,Hotmail and Yahoo Mail can select the
right langage in their pages. (Gmail is smarter, it seems the critical
content is the same whatever language youre using)
In my case, even if the final user is in USA or Japan, the calling
server is in France. So I'm pretty sure whoever is using the script,
it will work fine.
