In this session, I will guide us in mapping our voices through the energetic and vibrational pathways of our bodies. We will utilize imagination and gentle touch as a feedback mechanism for sensing and feeling the vibrational pathways of our voices in our whole bodies. The practices I will share are my own synthesis from years of investigation, and informed by a foundation in Contact Improvisation as well as encounters with Feldenkrais and Craniosacral Therapy. This work may yield wild movement potential— or something more interior, yet vast! We will explore and expand possibilities of a moving-singing body on our own and in relationship. How can we amplify and tune our connection to movement, space, and one another through shared vibrations? We will meet one another where we are, encouraging multiplicity and collective discovery. This work has been healing for me and I love sharing it with others.
