Monthly Contact Improvisation Jam

April 14th- second Saturday of the month 

From 1-4pm,  $7

Where- at Studio 34, 4522 Baltimore Avenue in West Philly

 

The sessions will start with a guided group warm up to build focus and support our explorations. This will lead us in an open jam. Sessions will explore ways to open our senses, share weight and connect with the rhythm of our centers. No previous experience with contact improvisation is necessary to join.
