Hi GREI Community!
We are delighted to share our latest GREI blog post on the recently published GR Selection Flowchart:
GREI Flowchart for Data Sharing Decisions
The Generalist Repository Ecosystem Initiative (GREI) has developed a flowchart to help researchers and support staff navigate the selection of appropriate generalist repositories for sharing research outputs, addressing user requests for a visual guide to complement their existing comparison chart.
And in case you missed it, please also check out our recent post on GREI's spring community feedback calls:
Community Feedback Shapes the Future of Generalist Repositories: Insights from GREI Community Calls
The Generalist Repository Ecosystem Initiative (GREI) conducted community calls with researchers, librarians, and NIH domain repository representatives to gather feedback on their repository comparison chart and metadata recommendations, leading to insights on improving repository selection guidance and metadata practices for enhanced data sharing and discoverability.
⚠️ We are also hosting a session in the NNLM National Center for Data Services webinar series on topics on data sharing. We hope to see you at our session next week on Wednesday, August 7! Webinar series details & registration available HERE.
