Contact Lens Solutions - Rub or No Rub

It has been a scientific consensus that you should rub and then rinse
your lenses with all contact lens solutions and to not do this is an
unsafe practice when it comes to infection risk.

This has been shown to apply to solutions even if "no rub" is written
on the bottle. Because of this it is recommend that you rub and rinse
your lenses before storage.

All solutions are equally good / bad at killing bacteria etc when you
don't rub.
