We give below an account of LG India . They are indulging in Un-fair trade practice. Their dealers are selling products at a price more than the MRP. This is being done openly without any fear. the biggest catch is that the company officials are also not ready to take any action. They are like BABU's 3 MONKEYS.

To set them right please try to avoid, discard and condemn purchases of LG products. There are many other companies equivalent to them to make your purchases.

The detaisl of the comnplaint received and then the cold behaviour of the compny is given below. Do we have some one among us who can impress upon LG Management to take appropriate action.?

I have purchased a television LG Television set & the dealer charged me more than its price.

I have communicated with the dealer & LG customer care but they couldn't resolve the issue.
Please help me to solve this issue.

A wrong information from the seller lead me to this situation & Its hurts & it is providing energy to fight to get justice.

Any way as a closing line would, I afraid I may be hesitate to buy a LG product in future even though i accept your product maintains a good standard.

      I have purchased the same Television from your authorized show room
      Divya
      Electronics  in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 of which I got the address from
      your
      website ( Later your executive Mr.Devesh Chauhan told me the Divya
      Electronics is no more your authorized showroom, since I got this
      address
      from your website & the copy of the web page is with me I still
      believe the
      same as your showroom)

      The deal was like this; it was a buy back offer they taken back my
      old TV @
      2,750-00 against the 21FE30VE Television the dealer provided @
      10,750-00
      when I saw the cover of the Television the MRP was 9,590-00 only I
      esquired
      the  Dealer he told me this as a printing mistake. & he has given me
      the
      breakup  with his stamp on the bill which is attached for your
      reference.

      I have paid the difference amount 8,200/- by my credit card the proof
      is
      with me on Credit card statement

      Later your executive( Mr.Devesh) called me in the afternoon & asked
      me to
      return the Television to the dealer & get the cash back .

      I have called up to your different numbers (your executive provided
      from
      -19011809999) but not got any satisfactory answer.
