New Case of VISA racket

Dear All,

Two days ago I came to know about one case that some one is running
one VISA racket in Delhi, Who use to show very big dreamz of JOBs
abroad with very high salary.
In this regard, I got a chance to meet one victim whose passport and
advance money has been seized by agents when he came to know about the
facts and denied to go on fake dream.
I hope there are so many other cases like this on which we should
expose those culprits by unmasking their face.

Does this case need to take further to help victim? If yes then
suggest the way.
