Dear Sunil,

Nokia gave me the 7370 handset only the day before, after my chasing up Pinky Sharma for over 4 weeks. As you said to me earlier, Nokia has grown too big for its boots & either unable or unwilling to service the huge customer base they have knowingly built up. You would be doing consumers a singular service, if you can persuade Nokia to set up several more Nokia Care centres, which they need to handle the large number of post-sale service incidents.

Anyway, I was pre-occupied at the FMS yesterday & was therefore unable to inform you myself. My sincere gratitude goes out to you for your stellar assistance in my case. I had given up on Nokia & were it not for your intervention, I would have been another hapless consumer, suffering at the hands of Nokia. Thank you for everything!
