I GET THE SAME RESPONSE AGAIN AND AGAIN. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I AM PROVIDING MY CONTACT NUMBER. WHY DO YOU HAVE THE ONLINE SUPPORT? I AM ASKING THIS BECAUSE EACH TIME I LODGED AN ONLINE COMPLAINT I HAD TO PROVIDE ALL THE DETAILS INCLUDING MY CONTACT NUMBER. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE ONLINE COMPLAINT IS NOTHING BUT AN EYEWASH, ELSE THE SUPPORT WOULD NOT ASK FOR MY CONTACT DETAILS AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Attn: Mr Sunil would appreciate if you could share my experience of Sony Erricsson with unsuspecting indoviduals who plan to opt for Sony Erricsson handsets. Googlegroups please note that Sony Erricsson gives NIL support for their product. Its four months since I got the handset and not able to use features that it claims to have.
