DISH TV CONNECTION SMSID 244085

I bought a dish tv maxi connection last year in the month of may. On
13-05-2005 my
subscription started. On 10-May-2006 my subscription ended. I was
called up by dish tv
executive and I recieved renewal form to renew my connection but I
decided not to renew my
connection. Till 18-07-2006 every thing went fine, but suddendly on
18-07-2006 they
automatically renewed my connection with dish freedom package for 3
months. I was not aware of that and around month of september when I
logged onto my dish tv account, I was surprised to see that Rs 224 was
outstanding against me (subscription charges for Jul-Oct). I called up
customer care to inquire why this amount is pending against me though I
never requested that my subscription should be extended. They said we
automatically downgrade a connection if customer does not request for
renewal. They told me to mail at some email id for resolution of my
queries(activations@essar...).

I mailed them but no reply have been recieved so far. To add the woes
they again renewed my
connection from 16-10-2006 to 15-11-2006. Now the amount outstanding
against me is Rs
299.08.

My queries which I want dish tv to answer:

1. Why have dish tv automatically subscribed me to dish freedom package
even though I never requested for that ?

2. If there is a policy of automatic renewal then, were they sleeping
between 10-May-2006 to
18-07-2007.

3. Why didn't they renewed my connection after 10-May-2006 ?? Why only
after 18-07-2006 ??

Pl. help me to resolve this. I don't want to continue with dish tv, but
they are forcebily making me their customer.
