Poor service by Movers & packers .. What to do ?

I sent my car from Ram Movers & Packers from Delhi to Hyderabad on 30th
July which is normally delivered in 3-4 days. On 5th of Aug I called
Mr. Tiwari (Ram Packers) and he told me that due to flood in Bhopal it
is delayed and will be delivered in another 4-5 days. During this time
I called up Tiwari many times but he didn't pick the phone and then
he gave me Mr. Anand's number (Balaji Transport) from whom he had
booked the car from Gurgaon. Mr. Anand told me that car was somewhere
in Gujarat border and stuck there due to floods in gujrat.

When I asked Anand about the Lorry number and date of start from
Gurgaon. He told me that it started from Gurgaon only on 6th of August

It started from Delhi about 7 days after Tiwari picked my car from
Delhi and he also lied me from 30th July to 6th Aug about the
whereabouts of my car.

Still I have not received the car and it will take another 2-3 days
(hopefully) to reach here.

I am literally having Headaches because of all this What should i do ??

Can i register this case with District Consumer forum or delays in
service by M&P is not taken seriously ...

Somebody please do suggest......
