FUTURA cooker.

Hi
I brought a Pressure cooker ( FUTURA ) from a local well known dealer.
But soon I found out a problem with it as it never used to blow the
whistel on its own. Since it was still under its warrenty period, I
returned back to dealer who said he will fix it . After 1 week almost
when I paid a suprise visit to his shop I saw the cooker in dire
straits. Handle was broken and the set had multiple bends as if its
hammered. I told him to give me a new one. He has not promised me
anything but kept the cooker with him and told me to come after 1 week.

Could anyone please tell me what I should do ?
