  Hello,

Please see the attached mail to FernsNPetals who have misused my credit details and now not responding. Its a small amount but this is a matter of ethics. I wish to lodge a formal complaint against FernsNPetals with the consumer court.

Jaya Ghosh

I could not book the order because the FernsNPetals server was down.  Within ten minutes a lady from the FernsN petals called up to say that my order has been placed at their end but no payment was made and asked for my credit card details which I gave to her. The order was never delivered as confirmed by Ms.Anju of Japan Airlines, CP, Delhi. Never did I dream that Ferns N Petals would misuse the card details of a regular customer. Revert the charges within 24 hours to my credit card account.

Ms Ghosh,
You first write to ur bank and ask for the proof of purchase made on the card and if there is a fraud, the bank has to respond how the fraud has perpetuated. I think ur  problem would be sorted out.
