problem: Took our Jeep to Tint XXperts to have the windows tinted on
04/02/2013. Followed all their instructions, but now driver's side window
will not work. They refuse to admit to any bad workmanship and refuse to
fix it. They are now hostile to us and refuse to talk to us and won't give
us any response.
