Be aware of Justin Smith and his father Kent Wiseman,  I paid them in good faith to purchase material and to build a fence around my backyard. My neighbor on one side decided to split our shared part of the fence and have them build a another fence side at the back or their yard.  Only to learn 2 weeks into the job their workmanship was not to what was agreed to and I asked them to correct but they continued to build the fence not to the agreed standard design. They made endless promises and never followed through with anything, they have and made countless mistakes. Now my nieghbor and I find out that the sub-contractor they hired to do part of the job, Justin and Kent have not paid the sub-contractor. We also find out that they are not even a registard company, they have no insurance and are posing as contactors. They have taken over $12000.00 of mine and my neighbors money and has skipped out on us leaving me with no fence at all and my neighbors fence half done, but the work was done so bad on my neighbor fence has to be dismantled and rebuilt. They did not leave any material on the job site to complete the fence and continuely demanding more money or they would not come to work, then skipped out on us. If anyone has information on Kent Wiseman and/or Justin Smith please post a comment with you experience with them or their so called company/business My Home Proximity. If any one has any personal information on Kent Wiseman or Justin Smith it would be greatly appreciated for my fight to get my money back from them.
