problem: info free.com has a 30 day trail with a full refund for sales leads...we used for 2 weeks then called to cancel....we were rudely told no refund because we downloaded a few leads.....we tried to explain the infofree.com sent us 500 free credits....we thought we can do anything with the free credits....their refund policy does not even mention the 500 free credits.....be ware or info free.com.....the VP of customer service Blake goated me into filing a dispute with capital one for the $130.....very poor low level for a VP...this was very bait and switch....
