problem: Purchased a set of Beats headphones at Best Buy for my teenage daughter for Christmas . I
paid $279 for these Beats.They lasted about 2 weeks and they quit working, I took them back to Best Buy
(Alabaster Alabama) and they would not exchange them or take them back because they had "lost there
contract to sell Beats at their store". I have tried to contact the manufacture with no luck. Has anyone else
had this problem?
