NAABC and the "Third -Parties"

Ladies and Gentlemen:

In a continuing effort to smooth out the relationship between
NAABC and the "Third -Parties" who have agreed to assist in promoting
CBC classes in their area, I wanted to make an adjustment or two. I
will attempt to CC or BCC you in on every communication I have with
any third party in your territory. Please also copy or BCC me in on
any email communication you have with any third party. That will
assure that you get the referral credit on their referrals to the
classes. Also, please forward any prior email communications you have
had with existing or potential third parties to NAA...@aol.com. I
will set up a folder to store them in and, it will also assure that
you will get the credit. Remember, the general rule of thumb is to
contact the third parties about 3 - 4 weeks prior to the class dates
to make certain that they have sent the flyers and that they have done
it the one and only way that has proven effective. I suspect the
process is too easy for some of them to get right so they (or their
clerical staff) may need to be walked through the process. The key to
expansion and the ultimate success of this whole program is through
step by step organization and that is where you come in.
