History of Cartier watches began in 1847, when Louis Francois Cartier
came into possession of Jewelry workshop and Watches store of Adolf
Picard on Monterrey Street in Paris. In 1874 Alfred Cartier started
managing the company, and later his three sons Louis, Pierre and
Jacques determined the concepts of Cartier business development to
