Responsibilities:

•       Partner with Finance business operations and IT representatives at all levels to assess, initiate, prioritize, refine, and drive appropriate technology solutions for EDW requests.

•       Develop a vision and strategy of business intelligence initiatives for our business partners. Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.

•       Deliver technical solutions and business process change to realize business value and objectives.

•       Assess infrastructures and applications and recommend solutions for upgrades or new technologies necessary to meet business needs.

•       Work with Record 2 Report and BI product managers on key initiatives to evolve the enterprise data warehouse to better serve our internal customers.

•       Be well versed in communicating with both business and technical peers.

•       Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

•       Acts as a subject matter expert for one or more of the following areas:  Marketing; Sales; Customers for Life; Employee Success or Finance reporting Solutions owned by the team.

Required Skills:

•       Bachelors Degree, with 5+ yrs related information systems experience and 3+ years in business intelligence.

•       Knowledge of a variety of BI/DW applications, databases (preferably Oracle), SQL, data management/governance, and finance applications/technologies.

•       Experience with enterprise system implementations and solution architecture for global companies. Solid background in business intelligence, data warehousing, and data management.

•       Extremely adept at integrating disparate information, correlating data, and understanding data trends.

•       Knowledge of web applications, databases (preferably Oracle), reporting/data presentation applications (such as Business Objects, Microstrategy, etc.)  is a must.

•       Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis business processes is a plus.

•       Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic fast paced environment and work with strict deadlines.

•       Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

•       Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.

•       Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques required.

Duration: 6 Months +
