Hi Sarah,

Thanks for your diligence on these legal question (and also for talking to Gerardo/Tim, and all the other contacts you've made!) 

Sorry for the delay on my end - I've been in full interview prep mode - with an interview w Blu Skye yesterday and a final round with EDF still pending. If I end up in either job, that might help us clarify the questions around the extent to which I can be involved. The scenario I would hope to avoid is one in which I co-incorporate but then go through the steps of selling my part. I should have more answers soon, as soon as I do, I'll make sure to keep you updated.
