Questions re. incorporation

Hi team,

I took a first pass on the questions about incorporation. I found it was easier to cluster all the company attributes (owner citizenship, residency, occupation, etc), before asking the questions - as an attorney would likely know better than us how these variables may or may not influence the answers to these questions.

One other idea I had: do you think Prof. Joel Trachtman would be willing to talk to us? I don't know if he would find this interesting or would have a policy of not providing legal advice to students.

Thank you for putting this together; I think you totally nailed it. I only made a couple small additions/edits, which I bolded.

I think it would be fine to email Trachtman! I'm happy to do so but I haven't spoken with him in 2 years and I'm not sure he'll remember me…do either of you have a closer connection with him?

If the questions look good to you both I can at least reach out to LegalZoom folks asap.

Re. contacting Trachtman, I think he'd remember me, but we never really clicked. Art, I think I remember you saying that you had talked to him in office hours? Would you like to take the lead in reaching out to him?
