Sarah, please share the attached training materials with Tina as a reference point for HACCP. These are the best available online training programs at the moment. There are some spanish versions of trainings as well. Invalsa factory personnel could study them at their leisure.
Also, I will be making significant contacts with major HACCP certifying bodies in LAC, and if needed can introduce Invalsa with them. I am meeting LRQA next week.
