Hi team,

I did some reading today and many of the sources I've found suggest that the real benefits of incorporating in DE or NE are ones that accrue to large companies, but not to small ones w. under 5 shareholders. I've compiled and highlighted the articles here, and also in the Business Structure folder on the GDrive.

As you know Joey Klingler is at HLS. He told me that his corporate law class was very good, and based on what he heard us talking and my additional explanations, he suggested to incorporate in Delaware. He also suggested that we use legalzoom.com to get the registration.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for pulling this together; I'm reading through it now!

No problem.

And Art - thanks for pointing out what the rest of us have missed - that you're living with an attorney this summer! :). Will Joey be around tonight? Could we get him on the line?

Yes, it would be great if Joey could join our call!

Also here are some links about "virtual companies with members in multiple states" or with international members...
