Can you both still join a google hangout at 7pm EDT tomorrow (Wed)?
I've spent some time brushing up on our incorporation process, and would like to propose the following agenda. What changes or additions would you like to make?
Proposed Agenda:
- What form to take? (LLC)
- Where to incorporate? (Delaware? If somewhere else, why?)
- Cost?
- Who pays?
- If we choose Delaware, the costs will be (as I see them): $90 filing fee + $75 name registration + $50-$250/year registered agent + $250/year annual tax
- Immediate next steps?
- Choosing a Registered Agent (if we go with DE)
- Drafting an Operating Agreement (which would clarify how to add new members should Michael wish to serve as a contractor for now)

I'm also sending along my notes (you'll recognize these from a couple months ago) with some more additions, as well as Michael's notes from his call with the SCORE team. If we're all able to read through these notes it will make our call go easier/quicker tomorrow :)
