Hi again,

I'm preparing for a meeting tomorrow with a gentleman who runs a social entrepreneurship venture, Acara, of out of U of Minnesota's Institute for the Environment. 

They support and incubate projects that originate from students. This one really caught my eye. The Biz Plan is pretty cool:

BlueFood is working on providing consulting and marketing services to street food vendors in Delhi communities. Through this, the team expects to improve the safety of the street food for the consumers.
