For all those renters and other visitors of our site, who are eager to learn more about interior design, and follow Netflix, below is a list of shows that you can find on the mentioned application. It offers different shows of various types of property makeovers, from private accommodations to family houses.

The show Stay Here, in our opinion, the best of the offered shows, focuses on private accommodation makeovers across the United States. In each episode, the interior designer, together with a marketing expert, are working on one makeover. In addition to extracting the maximum potential of the accommodation through a makeover, they also provide the marketing strategy to the owner, with the calculation of the annual profit from the investment.

Instant Hotel is a reality series that features owners of private accommodation in Australia whose accommodations are being evaluated. Through the show, renter/guests are staying in one of the accommodation, which is being scored by them. Each owner, whose property is being evaluated is able to score his guests too. At the end, expert judges appear and give their final evaluation, and the winner is the one who gets the highest total of points, and wins the prize.

Dream Home Makeover follows Shea and Syd McGee (from Studio McGee) as they help make the dreams come true to families who want to renovate their home in their own style, which in most cases is exactly what Studio McGee offers. In the episodes that follow the renovations, viewers also get a glimpse into the McGee's personal lives as they run Studio McGee and raise their little daughters.

The Motel Makeover show follows two girls who join together in a project and go after their dream. They leave their secure jobs to be their own bosses, and over the course of the episodes, they transform a run-down roadside motel in Sauble Beach into the presentable The June Motel. They are limited in time, because the reservations should start, and the tourist season will start soon. As with any renovation, they run into unexpected problems, and during the show we follow their creative solutions.

The show Instant Dream Home in each episode shows a different home that needs a makeover. For various reasons, health, financial or other, the owners could not do it themselves. Therefore, a team of designers gets involved to make every family's dream home a reality, takes big risks and makes painstaking plans to completely transform family homes in just 12 hours. The best part is that the owners have no idea this is happening. Someone close to them, in agreement with the show's team, takes the owners out for the day, while a huge team creates magic. When the owners return home, they are surprised and delighted with their completely renovated homes. During the show, one gets the impression that some events are staged while renovation works are in progress, and at the same time, the presenter's affectation may seem excessive for some. However, it is definitely worth it to see the results at the end, which are always amazing!

And the last recommendation, which is not based on accommodation renovations, but shows architecturally and thematically unique solutions of already completed properties, which provide tourists a higher level of experience, a unique experience.

The World's Most Amazing Vacation Rentals is a show that features three travelers (the show's hosts) choosing unique, cheap, and luxury vacation rentals around the world. The main goal of the host of the show is to introduce viewers to the idea that Airbnb doesn't necessarily mean sleeping on someone's couch for $10 because someone can't afford a hotel or hostel, but he can, if that's the experience the traveler is looking for! It can certainly serve as an inspiration because it shows the importance of highlighting the advantages of accommodation, and the importance of the kind of experience a guest will gain by staying in accommodation.

Shea and Syd McGee are Mormon, but do not discuss their religion. Syd is the CEO of the businesses, but Shea is clearly the backbone of the whole enterprise. They put a lot of focus on family and helping clients reach their home design dreams.

Parents need to know that Dream Home Makeover is a gentle home design and makeover series featuring the owners of a dual Utah-based business. It's a promotional vehicle for the Studio McGee (an interior design firm) and McGee & Co (a furniture and decor business). Product logos associated with home renovation -- such as Benjamin Moore and Dream Cast -- are prominently featured. The word "crap" is frequently used. But overall, the series is mild, and sends positive messages about family.

DREAM HOME MAKEOVER is a reality series featuring Shea and Syd McGee as they run their Utah-based design business helping people improve their dream homes. After Shea posted Instagram pictures and YouTube videos of her redecorated home in 2012, her friends began to hire her to help them with their own homes. Now the couple owns Studio McGee, their interior design firm, and and McGee & Co., their furniture and decor business. From redesigning a home theater room to creating a living room in the loft of a converted barn, the couple re-imagines problematic spaces and transforms them into luxurious and comfortable areas to live in. Throughout it all, they are raising children while building their own home from the ground up.

This mild, feel-good series features the McGees helping people make the most of their spaces in stylish ways to help enhance their family life. While Syd acts as the CEO of both businesses, Shea runs the creative side and is clearly the heart of the enterprise.

There are lots of voyeuristic moments featuring Shea and Syd interacting with their daughters. But these scenes are lighthearted, and they don't veer from the makeover elements of the show. Ultimately, If you like home styling and makeover TV shows, Dream Home Makeover is worth tuning into.

Families can talk about the room makeovers featured on Dream Home Makeover. What are some of the ways the spaces are improved? Are there any tips you can take from the series to improve your own personal space?

The McGees owe much of their early success to social media, and now that they are established, they have a reality show that also promotes their businesses. What does their story tell us about the role of media in business today? Can all businesses become successful by following the path that the McGees tare taking?

Each episode sees the McGees traveling to meet a new client and being tasked with meeting their requirements to transform their living space. Some jobs are one-room designs while others are full home builds and renovations. This season the clients range from the owners of a multimillion dollar estate to a woman whose home was destroyed by a fire and needs a full restoration.

Shea and Syd, who have been married since 2008, share daughters Wren, 8, Ivy, 5 and Margot, 1, who also make appearances throughout the show as their parents juggle their growing business with their busy family life.

The new episodes of Dream Home Makeover see the McGees traveling to different locations across the United States, but where exactly have the pair been working their magic this season? Newsweek has everything you need to know about where Dream Home Makeover is filmed.

As a big part of the show involves the family's home life and seeing how the McGees balance working and their three girls, a lot of footage is filmed in the McGees' hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah. The family moved there from Los Angeles in 2015, shortly after the launch of their home design business Studio McGee. In Season 3, the McGees are seen working on their new headquarters in Salt Lake City, where their 170 employees are based.

Though Salt Lake City is the McGees' base, when it comes to the renovations, Studio McGee hits the road and travels to a variety of locations. Season 1 of Dream Home Makeover was mainly filmed in Salt Lake City but as the seasons have continued and the business has grown the McGees have taken on a diverse range of clients from across the United States.

While fans have expressed their excitement at Dream Home Makeover returning for another season, it seems the stars of the show are just as thrilled. Ahead of Season 3 of Dream Home Makeover being released on Netflix, Shea took to Instagram to thank fans for their support.

Posting on the stories of Studio McGee's official Instagram account, she wrote: "Season 3 of Dream Home Makeover launches TOMORROW on @netflix! We've poured so much into this season we hope you enjoy it.

"We hope you laugh, cry and feel inspired...all the things. I get sooo nervous leading up to the launch. I'm sitting in our hotel room prepping for the TODAY show (tomorrow) with lots of anxious energy."
