Job Description:
Our cable telecommunications client in the greater St. Louis area is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to provide assistance on various projects related to TV applications and streaming access for devices. You will be the point person keeping teams on task throughout multiple locations and ultimately end up taking on a project of your own.
Our cable telecommunications client in the greater St. Louis area is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to provide assistance on various projects related to TV applications and streaming access for devices. You will be the point person keeping teams on task throughout multiple locations and ultimately end up taking on a project of your own.
Responsibilities:
Understand the business requirements and governing business rules
Perform gap analysis based on business requirements and provide feedback
Document, refine and ensure the completeness of all the use cases
Document & refine user experience flows
Create and manage User Stories and outline the Product acceptance criteria in detail
Review the use cases, user experience flows and user stories with all the stakeholders
Ensure that the content and design covers all the user cases for the desired user experience
Open all the questions, tasks with cross-functional teams and timely close these open action items.
Analyze the added scope to ensure all the impacts are understood by all the across-functional teams
Communicate any user story changes or enhancements to all the cross-functional teams
Identify cross-project inter-dependencies at the requirements level.
Must Have:
*4+ years? experience as a BA
*Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
*Strong experience leading and coordinating meetings with internal/external stakeholders
*Proficient in Microsoft desktop products including Access, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project
*Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
