This varies from person to person. It is not fixed price.
however i can suggest you a good architect his name is Nadeem Usma.
he is reasonable. I know him personally since he was an architect for
one of my friends house in HRBR Layout.
You can see his credential before deciding on him.

Architects fee will be % on total project cost.
*In case of architecture, costing is limited to architecture only. It
doesn’t include your interior costs like loose furniture, wardrobes
etc…
*Usually fee start from 4% goes up to 12% depending up on the services
taken.
* Fee is not charged only for plans it includes detail construction
drawings, sanction plans, details, site visits, material selections,
estimations, bar charts, tender analysis etc…
*Some case will be charged lump sum as the services needs more time on
drawings rather than site or vise versa
*In case of budget escalations, charged nominal amounts. Most case
it’s not charged.
