Transferred all construction related threads

Hi every one
I copied all the discussions in construction board to a new group in
Google .This is not in intention to start a new group. As I said in my
previous mail, start copying and transfer manually all the
discussions. From my side I took all the construction related threads
to http://groups.google.co.in/group/construction-blr?hl=en .
I keep updating all the discussions in construction board. Hope we
don’t miss at least some valuable discussions. People interested to
come as volunteers can take this” back up” process further.
I was trying to reach mvp for the past one week. Looks like he is very
busy. Hope I am not disturbing him much.

thank you so much.

I really wonder why the moderators are not responding. I would hope
they don't think it is more wokr for them. They can just open up the
group with the privileges needed for the automatic transfer that would
save a lot of time and effort.

I have suggestion. I guess each sub-forum needs to be created as a New
group in Google. Shall we prefix bdasites for each group , so that in
future if we get a structure as that of MSN groups, we can easily
identify OUR groups in google. ?

Could we have some clarification on the following.

1. As Praveen suggested we can keep backup in google. (Without
moderatror support we dont have facility to move to multiply as well)
Can we have a plan for this. a. Creating all groups b. Copying each
sub-forum to new group in google. I can take up some sub-forums.

2. Future : Should we continue mesages under the individual groups
created as above in google OR create a new single group in google with
only new messages OR Create a New Single group in any other service
provider .

For the second, I would suggest create a New Single group in Google.

with various threads.hope this is one way to use google groups .
i am trying to do this in my level.please visit and try to backup as
much as we can.

I think that should work. let us all allocate a set of threads to
different people. The general thread being the largest - should be
split up probably.

Please let me know which threads to start with - I can give
suggestions - BMRDA and BIAPPA. I will do those two over the
weekend. ONly question I have is, under construction-blr, there are
only construction threads. do we make a separate BDASITES-BMRDA and
BDASITES-BIAPPA, I can go that route if folks answer my question, I
will finish them by weekend.
