(Problem Fixed) Discrete Optimization MOOCs on Coursera ...

Dear members of the CP community,

Some of you might find recently that the following MOOCs by Peter and I had started requiring payment, allowing free preview of only one week of materials.

This is entirely due to a change in Coursera's policy.

Our aim is always to offer education to our community completely for free.  The problem is now fixed.
