to Constraints
Dear colleagues,

We are delighted to announce that the 23rd International Conference on the Integration of Constraint Programming, Artificial Intelligence, and Operations Research (CPAIOR 2026) will be held for the first time on the African continent, in Rabat, Morocco, from May 26 to 29, 2026.

CPAIOR brings together the CP, AI, and OR communities to exchange innovative ideas, techniques, and applications at the crossroads of these fields. We particularly encourage contributions that combine concepts and methods from different areas, as well as high-quality single-discipline papers relevant to the broader community.

Proceedings will appear in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. The review process is single-blind, and papers are handled through OpenReview.net.

Topics of Interest (non-exhaustive list)
   - Integration of machine learning and optimisation, including neurally-guided solving, prediction + optimisation, and large-language-model-based approaches.
   - Novel relaxation and inference methods, constraint propagation, cutting planes, convex/second-order conic, graph-based, dynamic-programming, and decision-diagram methods.
   - New search strategies, decomposition, column generation, Benders, intelligent backtracking, and learning-based heuristics.
   - Hybrid and distributed approaches combining CP/MIP/PB/SAT solvers.
   - Innovative applications and implementations of CP/AI/OR techniques.
   - Awards will be given for the Best Paper and Best Student Paper.

We warmly invite you to submit your work and join us for this edition of CPAIOR 2026 in Rabat!
