New Constraints Journal Editor-in-Chief

As one of the Outreach Editors for the Constraints journal, I would like to announce our new Editor-in-Chief, Helmut Simonis.

I want to be clear that this transition is not a hurried response to the recent ACP voting email. It has been in the works for months and was finalized recently before that email was sent. Mark Wallace, having served as EiC for years, understandably made it known some time back that he was ready to “pass the torch”. Helmut agreed to carry it forward. 

I want to most heartily thank Mark for his contributions to the journal, and Helmut, already a recipient of the ACP Distinguished Service Award, for taking on this additional service.
