Well, one doesn't exist currently, so I would have to make one.
I've looked at various BNF flavours, and they all seem rather messy
with regards to Unicode. So far,

Do you have any recommendation for BNF flavour that has tools for
testing grammar / generating parsers and can handle Unicode?
